Sony will using their renowned Zeiss lenses for the Xperia’s cameras

There’s currently no indication of what the refresh rate will be, but based off of Sony’s product page, the Xperia 1 II will have a focus on photography. This appears to be a much welcome first step in Sony tying its Xperia line with the rest of its product lines, but it may be too little too late.

Sony’s smartphone division currently hovers around 0% of market share, with some companies selling more in a single day than Sony does in one quarter.

Despite this fact, Sony will still be charging a premium for their newest offering: About $1300 USD.
